Found Male Terrier Mix

Found a tan small un-neutered dog. Maybe a terrier mix with a long hairy and curly tail. He is very sweet and loves people and other dogs. Has a little white on his chest and under belly. Please call Donna at 214-412-8960. Found in Stonewood Apartments on T.C. Jester, south of 11th Street.

Found Male Golden Retriever

Found an adult male golden retriever on the morning of August 29 wandering around the corner of Algregg and Norhill. The dog is friendly and doesn't look like he's missed too many meals, was wearing a blue collar with no tags or microchip. Please contact Steve at stiv7@yahoo.com.

Found Male Reddish Dog

Found red neutered male dog (weighs about 30 lbs.) running loose on Heights Blvd and 18th Street with a collar and leash on - this Sunday morning. No microchip or tags. Please contact Pat at 713-446-7469 or barkwood@swbell.net.

Found Female Boxer Mix

Found a medium sized young female dog/puppy. Looks like a Boxer mix. She is black/brown (brindle) with a white chest. She is very sweet and well trained, and has obviously been well cared for. Found Male Chihuahua

Found a sweet little male Chihuahua last night, Sunday, September 7th, around 9pm in the Heights. Dog is well cared for but misses its owners! Please call 972-310-9844. The dog was wondering alone, without tags near Studewood and White Oak.

Abandoned Orange Cat

Someone left a neutered male cat in a cage at my front door in the Woodland Height on Sept 4. An unsigned note says the cat is 10 months old, named Doritas, and has been checked out and given shots by the vet. I already have two cats, one elderly and in poor health, and would have gone to the shelter if I had needed another one. Lost Gray/White Cat (Small Reward)

I lost my male 6 year old gray and white cat from Enid St. and North Main. He is short-haired, de-clawed in front, and has a black nose with a tiny half mustache. He is friendly but probably very scared as he is an indoor cat that has never been outside before! Will offer small reward if found and returned. Please contact Laura

Found Male Black Dog

Found a medium size, 35~50 lbs, intact male black dog with white throat and chest. Was running free on Heights Blvd the morning of saturday the 27th. Friendly but not used to walking on a leash. Please contact Steve at stiv7@yahoo.com. Found on Heights Blvd and 16th.

Found Female Black Cat

Found a female black cat with white dot under chin and beautiful bushy tail. She has golden eyes. She is very friendly and affectionate. Please contact Mary at 832-867-5279. Found in the 900 Block of Merrill.

Found Bulldog/Boxer Mix

Found a female bulldog/boxer mix. Rust & white with Brown eyes. Very sweet. Small dog weighs about 35-40 lbs. She is someones dog and looks like she used to wear a collar. Found White Terrier

Found a male white terrier breed, perhaps some Wheaten Terrier. He has black eyes and a black spot on nose. Medium-long soft coat. The age of a toddler. He weighs about 20-30 pounds. Monkey

Lost Rabbit

I live in the Heights and have recently lost my pet rabbit. He is a black and white adult with one blue eye and one brown eye. If anyone has any information about him please contact me at jessicacasillas@flash.net or call me at 832-878-2811. He is friendly, so if you see him, don't worry about getting bitten or anything. He usually hides during the afternoon, but as soon as the sun starts going down he comes out to eat. So be watchful during the sunset period. The rabbit was lost around 25th Street in the Heights.

Lost Female Siamese Cat

Marigold

Lost a female yellowish/white samoyed husky and chow mix. She is about 45 lbs. and has one floppy ear and one straight ear and a spotted tongue.She is wearing a blue and white collar with bones on it. Rowdy

Found Small Black Dog

Found a small male black and tan dog wearing blue collar. Apprx 8-10 lbs. Possibly a min pin with natural ears (erect). Very sweet and friendly. Please contact 713-864-7131 or 713-863-0874. Found in the 900 block of Euclid.

Lalo

Lalo is a black and white tuxedo neutered male who is 8 months old and weighs 8 lbs. He is wearing a black and white plaid collar with I.D. tag and bell. He is very friendly and affectionate! Found Lab/Dalmation Mix

Found what appears to be a female Lab/Dalmation mix - all white with a few spots here and there. Medium size - appears to still be a puppy perhaps (very playful once she got over being scared). Skinny and very happy to be fed. Might have been injured because she's limping and also has areas where fur is missing (skin is not lacerated so might not be due to injury). Houston Animal Control was called because at first we could not get her out from under the car. She's currently in the yard of a neighbor. Please contact Darren at 713-240-6085. Bob the Cat

Please help me find my cat. We love him and miss him dearly. He is 7 years old. He is orange striped with white underneath. He has white on his face as well. He has one little orange stop on his left tear duct that makes it look like he has something in his eye. He also has a little smudge of orange in the white, just under his neck that looks like dirt. He is fixed and declawed in the front. I guess he was unhappy with all the holiday goings on at my house. As we opened the door coming home from Christmas festivities, he ran out. Found Large Male Brown Dog

Found Black Pug and a Small Terrier Mix

Found a black pug and a small terrier mix. Sex(s) unknown. Please contact Kay at 713-822-3814. Found at Archer & Cottage in Brooke Smith (just across N. Main from the Woodland Heights).

Still looking for their owner, but now, since it seems no one is looking for them, I'm looking for a home for them. The pug is possibly spoken for, but the terrier needs a home. He's frisky and a good watch dog. Not good with cats, and tries to dominate (i.e., picks fights) with dogs he deems weaker. Typical terrier! Found Female Yellow Dog

Found a female, yellow dog, probably a Retriever mix. She's underweight, and she's currently about 30lbs. She has tiny triangle ears, and she's very sweet. She's a little shy and scared, but she is quickly feeling at home. Please Contact Jessica at 832.493.0305. Found in the Heights not far from Yale, heading west towards Shepherd.

Found Female Chihuahua Puppy

Belle

Our dog, Belle, has just gone missing. We live at the corner of Woodland and Northwood. She is a very sweet, young female (neutered) female dog - part Lab and part??? (Brittany....we think?) - she weighs about 45 - 55 pounds, is blonde or wheaten in color with some reddish tipping to her fur, especially on her tipped ears and along her back/shoulders. Stubby Brittany tail. Some faint mottled white on her nose and legs but the overall impression is of a very "blonde" shorthaired, Lab-like dog weighing about 45/50 pounds. She has on a collar with metal address tag and is microchipped. She is generally very friendly towards humans and curious but having been a stray before she may be leary of approaching other dogs - or not (we really don't know). Found Female Husky

This Husky is a female, spayed and was wearing a reddish-maroon collar and NO tags. She is a "red" marked Husky with some cream mixed in. She has speckled eyes (blue/brown), no matting, teeth in excellent condition. She has had some "issues" with her ears in the past that look to be a result of a bot fly infestation (cleared up 100%) but will have a more detailed vet report tomorrow afternoon, and she will be checked for a micro chip. She is obviously someone's pet, she is very healthy and happy...and quite a bit overweight.......she is also a very finicky eater. Found Blond Headed Female Chihuahua

Found a blond female chihuaha. Found behind my garage. White, blond head, no collar, well taken of. Please call if you know her 713-880-1844.

Found 3 Female Puppies

Found three adorable female puppies, who were very cold, hungry, and needing attention. Cannot continue fostering them, they need permanent homes. Please contact Brenda at 713-861-1660. Found in a field, not sure of the street.

Found B&W Boston Terrier

Found a black and white mature female Boston Terrier about 12 pounds. Please call 281-217-2642. Found in the Houston Heights at 8th and Oxford.

Blaze

Blaze is a black female labrador retreiver. She is 7 years old with an orange collar.

Found Rottweiler Mix

She is very responsive when you call to her. She seems to be in great health. Her teeth are white, ears clean and belly full. She is black and brown, maybe some rottweiler and with a white spot on her belly. Please contact Heather at 713-875-4366.

She was spotted corner of Cordell and Melwood around 12pm then picked her up by the feeder of 45 and Cavelcade.

Found Female Short Hair Domestic Cat

Found a small, white, female cat with one blue and one yellow (or light green) eye. This cat was seen by various neighbors up and down the block for a week or so before Thanksgiving 2008, but no one knows who she belongs to. She's friendly and behaves in a manner that says she somebody's pet. Would love to see her returned to her family. Please contact Hope at 713-868-4161. Found on the 400 block of W 22nd.

Found a Male Pit Bull Mix

Found a male pit bull mix who is caramel color with bits of blue pit. He is very friendly and loves to play with anyone that gets near him. He may be less than a year or just really active. He is very loving and just loves to have his belly rubbed. In the short time we have had him, we have grown to love him very much. We just unfortunatly don't have the space or money to provide for him. We really would like to return him to his owners or just to a family that will love and care for him. Found Male Mix Pup Brindle Colored

Buddy

Lost a red American Bulldog/Terrier puppy. Answers to Buddy. Approximately 3 Months Old. Wearing an orange Harley Davidson collar when he disappeared. Very friendly and sweet. REWARD! Lost Blond Pomeraniam

Lost an unneutered male blond Pomeranian. About 30 lbs, well groomed. Very gentle, loves people. lime green collar with crystal heart. Found Small White Dog

Found Female Pit Bull

Found a female Pitt Bull Mix who is white with reddish-tan spots, a patch over one eye. We had a female dog follow us while walking our dog on Wedneday 4/29/09. She follwed us to our house and is currently in our backyard and is safe. She is very sweet, appears to have just had puppies, no collar or tags, well behaved (this is why we think someone is missing her), got out of the gate once and we chased her down. Found Orange and White Tabby

Found a beautiful orange and white cat seen wandering around 21st-23rd streets between Rutland and Ashland. He has been wandering around for awhile now, and does not seem to be a normal stray, as he wants to come inside. He had long fur when I saw him a few months ago, and it has thinned out since he has been out on the streets. Please give me a call if you think this is your cat. Call Carolyn at 713-377-3869.

Nikko

Found Brindle Mix Dog

Found a female brindle/brown mixed breed with a white nose and white around her neck and chest with a little pit in her. She was found with a brand new rainbow collar, but very malnurished. She is ok with the other dogs and cats, but CAN NOT stay in my apartment any longer. She seems to be a puppy, but possibly bore a litter. Please claim her or adopt her! Found Black & White Female Mix Puppy

Found a black and white female mix puppy. She looks like she's part Border Collie. The vet thinks she's around 8-10 months old, and she weighs about 25 pounds. Found 2 Shepherd Mixes

There are two black and brown shepherd looking dogs wandering around the Julian/ Highland St area of Woodland Heights.
